Due to the troubled situation we are in around the Corona virus (Covid-19), we would like to announce what measures we have taken to minimize the risk for guests and staff to be affected.

We closely follow the recommendations and instructions given by the Swedish Public Health Agency and we update our routines accordingly.

• We have strengthened our routines regarding hand hygiene among all staff
• We also have strengthened routines for cleaning, cleaning and hygiene, such as
disinfection of surfaces such as door handles, card terminals and elevator buttons.
• We have placed hand alcohol in the breakfast room, restaurant, spa, toilets and reception.
• We urge our staff to be aware of symptoms and to stay home in case of a cold with a sore throat, fever or cough. Although the symptoms can be considered mild.
* For breakfast, we have introduced allocated breakfast times, especially Saturdays and Sundays, if necessary also weekdays.
* Hostess who looks to the wellness department to avoid congestion, limited time down in the wellness to 30 minutes per party. Waiting times may occur and not all guests may have time to access the area.
• We keep the recommended distance from colleagues and guests.

Maybe you are considering rebooking your stay with us? If you have booked through an OTA (Online Travel Agency such as Expedia and Booking.com), we will refer you directly to them. If you represent a company that has booked a conference, you will find the cancellation policy in your confirmation.
If you travel privately or for business and have booked your accommodation directly via us, the usual cancellation policy applies.
